Bed
Fabricated bed
duly stress relieved, with heavy beam
support below the machine columns to
dampen the vibrations arising due to
cutting forces and to eliminate distortion
to achieve life long accuracy.

Columns
Heart of the machine, these are hard
chrome plated duly induction hardened
solid columns.
Solid Column diameter is on higher
side and it is 90 mm for 260 DCA/
300 DCA Models. Length of the columns
is increased and top end of the columns
are tied by a heavy tie rod, resulting
in a BOX type construction, which
is an ideal structure to neutralize
the resulting forces. Hence machine
becomes more rigid, vibration free
and have improved cutting performance.
Slide arm is made of Graded Cast iron
and jig bored to desired accuracy
for smooth movement of slide arm.

Hydro-Mechanical
Sensor
This is one of
the most essential feature when cutting
Steels, where in general homogeneity
of material is unknown, irrespective
of the material grade.
It is specially developed by us, looking
to the Indian Material used in cutting,
in which you will always find hard spots.

It regulates the feed during cutting
across the Material Hard Spots.
It is a unique feature, which reduces
the damage i.e. increases the blade
life and overall performance of the
machine. |

Blade
Tensioning
Please note, we are giving standard,
hydraulic blade tensioning. Kindly note,
this is a very important aspect in the
performance of blade, as to get better
blade and consistent blade life, there
should be an optimum tension, as designated
by the blade manufacturer for this size
of the blade. |

Our
tensioning equipment has been calibrated
for the desired tension and also with
the help of a Trunion type assembly
to help in easy alignment of wheel.
This you cannot expect from manual blade
tension equipment and hence hydraulic
tensioning should be a standard feature. |

Gear
Box
Gear Box is now
of Helical Type in stead of WORM type,
which in turn increased the cutting
rates and the overall efficiency (98%)
of the machine due to positive transmission
of the TORQUE thro Helical gear box.
Gear Box is of BONFIGLIOLI MAKE (Supplied
from Chennai Plant). |

Dovetail
Type Movable Blade Guide
Most critical
component of the machine designed and
manufactured to excellence, which play
an important role in vibration free
operation and improved overall performance
of the machine, including higher tool
life and increased cutting rates. It
is very rigid, heavy duty made to withstand
heavy cutting forces. |
