Driven Wheel
Our range of driver wheel is manufactured using graded cast iron and is wheel balanced and aligned at factory. These wheels are mounted on a bearing housing that have two taper roller bearings and are designed to take heavy axial load arising out of blade tension. On the other hand the driven wheel is mounted on a solid shaft that has one taper roller bearing in the front and one in the rear.

Bed
Indotech fabricates beds metal with heavy beam. This heavy duty bed supports the machine at the base, dampens the vibrations arising due to cutting forces and eliminates distortion to achieve long service life and accuracy.

Columns
These hard chrome plated columns have a diameter of 90 mm for 260 DCA/ 300 DCA Models. The top end of the columns are tied by a heavy tie rod, which results in a BOX type construction. Thus, making the machines more rigid and vibration free with improved cutting performance. The slide arms of these column are made using graded cast iron and are jig bored to desired accuracy allowing smooth movement of slide arm.

Hydro-Mechanical Sensor
Our range of Hydro-Mechanical Sensors are used for cutting steel, where homogeneity of material is unknown. These mechanical sensors regulates the feed, when cutting across the materials hard spots. The unique feature of these sensors is that it reduces the damage, thus increasing the blade life and over all performance of the machine.

Blade Tensioning
We offer standard, hydraulic Blade Tensioning equipment that has been calibrated to create desired tension with the help of a Trunion type assembly that helps in easy alignment of wheel. For better and consistent life of the blade, there should be an optimum tension as designated the size of the blade.

Gear Box
Indotech Machines uses gear box of Helical Type instead of Worm type that is of Bonfiglioli make. The Helical Type gear box offers better cutting rates and increases the efficiency of the machine by 98%, owing to the positive transmission of the torque through the Helical gear box.

Dovetail Type Movable Blade Guide
Dovetail Type Movable Blade Guide is the most critical component of the machine, which is vital for vibration free operation and an improved performance. Manufactured to excellence, this blade guide is very rigid and can withstand heavy cutting forces. Our guides and its support are in one line, therefore avoid cantilever structure that generally deflect during load condition.

Electrical Control Panel
Indotech Machines manufactures electrical components that are neatly mounted on the door for easy maintenance. The panels are designed to keep dust and moisture away from critical components.

Hydraulic Power Pack
We manufacture Hydraulic Power Packs that uses variable displacement vane pump that eliminates undue heating of oil and overloading of critical hydraulic components. The solenoid valves are mounted on the door for easy maintenance. Flexible hoses used to keep flow resistance to minimum.

Operator Consol
Indotech Machines installs Operator's Consol that are designed with an emergency stop button, just in reach of the operator. It is easy and compact to control the machine, reducing operator's fatigue and improve productivity.

Bundle Cutting Attachment
A heavy duty bundle cutting attachment uses double acting cylinders and generates enough force to keep the bundle intact during cutting operation as well as during bar feeding, resulting in repeatability.

Main Vice
The Main Vice is a split type construction, which keeps the job and cut piece in clamp condition until the cutting process is fully complete. These main vices avoids movement of small cut pieces, when the blade moves and hence eliminates any damage to the blade.

Shuttle Vice
Our Shuttle Vice moves on heavy duty solid hard chrome plated two guide bars. It has wears out over a period of time and thus results in jamming of shuttle vice.
